Chiropractic is a natural approach to health care and rehabilitation, proven by research to be safe and effective. It uses spinal and joint manipulation to restore the body’s nervous system to its optimal functioning, which in turn improves mobility, relieves pain, enables damaged tissues to repair and encourages the body’s innate ability to heal itself—all without drugs or surgical procedures.

Chiropractic primarily treats spine-related health problems such as back and neck pain, headaches, and joint pain, but it also has a positive side effect: By improving the function of the nervous system, chiropractic promotes general health and can help patients heal from issues related to digestion, circulation and muscle imbalance.

Educational requirements for doctors of chiropractic are extensive, usually including four to five years of study beyond an undergraduate degree. Most chiropractic curriculums require a minimum of 4,200 hours in a classroom, laboratory or clinic. Many of these hours involve hands-on training that help ensure a high level of safety and care.
GPA (Gravitational Pattern Alignment) is a systematic and unique methodology utilizing a dozen or more manipulative procedures on each single visit creating a complete structural correction and body-balance. The GPA technique is based on achieving a bilateral postural symmetry in the weight bearing position from pedal(foot) foundation to the skull.

Gravitational Pattern Alignment is a chiropractic methodology developed by Dr. Nelson Vetanze in his 44+ years of Chiropractic Practice. In 2016 he developed a program to teach other chiropractors on this methodology of treating patients. With over a million of views on our YouTube videos we get calls and emails all the time for chiropractors who are trained in GPA. The following chiropractors have gone through online or hands on training. The Chiropractors identified as GPA Master Certification have gone through hands on shadow training with Dr. Vetanze.

Omni's therapists use many different massage techniques, including deep-tissue, which is especially effective in helping patients recuperate from injuries such as whiplash or back strain, and sports massage, which can help patients prevent or heal from athletic injuries.
Research indicates that massage therapy effectively treats back and neck pain, migraines, and carpal tunnel syndrome. It can also reduce anxiety, alleviate the side effects of cancer treatments, and decrease blood pressure.

Acupuncture is a 5,000-year-old Chinese medical technique in which practitioners insert fine needles into specific anatomic points to relieve pain and return the body to optimal function. The technique is based on the theory that all living organisms have an energy called “Qi” (pronounced “chee”) flowing through them along certain pathways. Pain, injury and other negative stimuli block the natural flow of Qi and cause a variety of disorders. Stimulating acupuncture points can restore Qi’s proper flow and allow the body to heal itself.

Western scientists have verified that the stimulation of acupuncture points leads to physiological reactions such as changes in heart rate, blood pressure, brain activity, blood chemistry, endocrine function, intestinal activity and immune-system function. Research also shows that acupuncture effectively treats medical conditions such as back, neck and joint pain, headaches, asthma, allergies, arthritis, menstrual and infertility problems, insomnia, fibromyalgia, and sciatica.

Acupuncture needles are a far distant cousin to those that patients encounter in traditional doctor’s offices. The point is so fine that acupuncture patients often feel little or no sensation upon insertion. During treatments some patients experience a subtle warmth, pressure or tingling, while others feel nothing unusual.

The human body is held and shaped by a continuous structure of connective tissue called fascia, which is the container and connector of muscles, bones, and organs. It is alive and forms the relationships between each structure and can be glued together or moving freely.

As we develop, we grow in gravity and begin to put on layers of compensations in our fascia to help us manage to stay upright in many circumstances. With gravity, we are being pulled off center, so we must counter that, as that is compensation of sorts. Like a domino effect, we become wound tight in our own tissue. Each injury, surgery, repetitive motion stress, stationary position stress and even internal misperceptions of where we are in the world have a chain of events like this leading to disorganization, pain, and dysfunction of all kinds.

Rolfing aims to undo and reset the fascial restrictions to bring the body into its most organized potential state. By creating length and space where short and tight the body can regain its ability to organize without being in its own way. The untwisting of joints and untangling of bonded facial layers can differentiate muscles bones organs nerves tendons & ligaments thus we feel free to move and be more easily.

Fire Cupping

Cupping is one of the oldest techniques in Chinese medicine and does not use acupuncture needles. It uses extinguished flames in a cup to create suction. Cupping boosts the immune system which is very helpful for common cold, bronchitis, allergies and asthma. Cupping also helps relieve muscle tightness and spasms.

Fire Cupping

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped using a special tool until the skin turns red. This scraping releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing
